DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer delivery or shipping of our products. We offer pick-up or in-room delivery to our hotel guests. We also have occasional pop-up shops in the lobby of theWit. Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed of any upcoming seasonal shops!
We require 24 hours to process and prepare all orders. If you are staying with us at theWit Hotel please contact our Concierge for assistance.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Your order will be ready for pick up on your specified date and time. Please see the concierge stand in the lobby of theWit Hotel located at 201 North State Street, Chicago, IL 60601. Orders will not be held to be picked up on a later date.

While we do not offer substitutions, we do have many items without nuts or gluten. Please note, our kitchen is NOT a nut- or gluten-free environment, so cross-contamination may occur.
